Cooperation and communication

Cooperation between the organisations:

• Every country will expose or will have its national or regional policy exposed, when there is one, on the conception or realization of Low Consumption Buildings, new or renovations, on a video-projection.

A description of the training curricula, adaptation and access to work from 'Low Consumption Buildings' actors will be welcomed.

• Every country will provide these informations by e-mail, one month before the meeting in January 2010, to the coordinator for a synthesis. He will also prepare a video-projection.
• Every country will write a preliminary framework for the energy performance diagnosis realization with the use of an infrared camera and will make the agreement to provide it by e-mail or by post-mail for synthesis, two months before the first meeting. The final framework will be determined and agreed jointly.

For the tests realization, each country agrees to share and disseminate plans and necessary data [-extract from the descriptive manual with thermal characteristics of heat-losing partitions: ceiling, floor, walls, openings,...

• construction mode (ceilings below attic, floor on earth platform, etc ...)
• year of construction of building
• list of equipment specifications (heating, power cut, ECS, ventilation, etc...)
• energies and fuels used and their use conditions (gas tank, natural gas, subscriptions...)
• plans
• geographical and/or topographical situation (orientation, altitude, region, exposition)
• etc...]

By e-mail or post-mail if necessary, one month maximum after the previous test has been made. This will allow preparing the tests in each country.

• Every country will write its 'Energy Performance Diagnosis test' and present the results by video-projection at the next test. Thus a common framework for the realization of Energy Performance Diagnosis could be developed.
• Every country will be involved into defining the objectives and writing guidelines to training of reinstated building casualties into future real estate technical diagnosis operators or to training of people interested in creating a business dealing with real estate technical diagnosis.

On the planned regular partner-meetings and in the meantime by post-mail, by e-mail, by phones, etc.
