and VET practices to NEW training and career

Partnership and distribution of tasks

French team The Technical and Vocational School VICAT will participate in planning the project activities with the European partners, organising the seminars in France and providing data and information concerning the content of the project. The ARPE organisation will intervene in expose and exchange on the regional scheme 'Economical Buildings in Midi-Pyrénées 2008 – 2013' as well as on an example of short training to the work of real estate technical diagnosis operator in Toulouse and on the outlets of such training. The CAPEB organisation will intervene in expose and exchange on FFEBat and Eco-artisan® label (The elaboration of a Skills Pack with CEREQ). DREAL will intervene in work with casualties, on their reinstatement possibilities. NeoTIM company will intervene as a professional expert in the preliminary common framework for energy performance diagnosis test, in the realization of these tests and in the treatment of the infrared/digital pictures associated to the tests. LOT HABITAT will welcome all the partners to make a test on a building in France. Mr Jean-Yvon CABIOCH, Study Director of CAFOC at the Rectorat educational authority in Toulouse, will provide help to coordination (Method and counsel) for intermediate and final reports.	Finnish Team The environmental impact of construction and renovation is under scrutiny: Regulations are tightening up and new legislation is to be passed in order to protect our living environments from unnecessary and unfavourable impacts of carbon dioxide and hazardous substances. The dimension of environmental friendly production and the protection of our living environment should be targeted in all levels of education: It calls for specific attention in the fields of vocational education and training that can have a direct impact on implementing the new housing and construction techniques and paradigms. Salpaus Further Education, the lead partner of the Finnish partnership network takes the responsibility of coordinating the actions in Finland with associate partners 'Lahti University of Applied Science' and the 'Confederation of Finnish Construction Industry'. Salpaus participates in planning the project activities with the European partners, organising a seminar in Finland and providing data and information concerning the content of the project. Salpaus and its associated partners participate in the implementation of the project according to the project plan, including planning, reporting, assessment and evaluation, dissemination and valorisation activities. Both students and teachers are involved in the implementation of the project activities.

Bulgarian team	In Belgium :
The Technical University of Sofia, Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy will welcome the participants in Bulgaria; will provide an educating and pedagogical background of the Bulgarian participation; will intervene in trainees (bachelor students, M.Sc. students, Ph.D. workers or professionals in power engineering who like to improve their qualification in thermo-energy diagnosis of buildings). The educators from the Faculty will guide the measurements and the realization of the tests and the treatment of the infrared/digital pictures associated to the tests. The lecturers from the Centre for training of certificated in Building energy-efficiency diagnosis engineers will participate actively in trainees’ courses and practices.	FIRE-Brigade Alert about some significant information in inefficient energy estate in our region, dangerous and unsafe estate, information about using thermo camera, etc. Control organism Alert about some significant information like abuse of or leak in legislation. Inform trainees about inefficient estate. In that way trainees can visit the site and enlarge their knowledge and use the thermo camera. So it is possible to make an inventory of places with a hot spot of high energy loss.
